My friend Jonathan Small of the OCPA (Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs) passed this article along.  Each sentence looks like a paragraph, so it’s easy to point you to paragraph number 5.  Jonathan and I are both having difficulty reconciling the hospital layoffs blamed on Oklahoma’s refusal to expand Medicaid and the simultaneous donation of gifts to a public university.  Oh, well.  I guess we all have priorities.
