I guess there aren’t any IT firms or talent in this country.  Seriously, read this and try very hard not to go to the darkest conclusion you can imagine. Just like the Canadian health care system, the Canadian firm’s IT-created exchange platforms don’t work either.  Might as well get the failure started from the beginning.
